2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 General Returns
You can return any shoes you’ve purchased from us within 180 days from the date of delivery. The shoes must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags, boxes, and packaging should be intact. This includes any additional accessories like laces, insoles, or special inserts that came with the shoes.
2.2 Defective Products
If the shoes you receive are defective, there’s no time limit for returning them. A defective product is defined as having manufacturing flaws that impact normal use, such as a sole that detaches prematurely, a zipper that doesn’t work, or a significant flaw in the material that causes rapid deterioration. Normal wear and tear, however, are not considered defects.
2.3 Incorrect Items Received
In case you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you can request a refund within 180 days of receiving your order. We’ll take full responsibility for resolving this issue promptly.
3. How to Initiate a Refund
3.1 Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our customer support team at support@dcshoesna.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact details. Our customer support representatives will get back to you within 2 business days. They’ll issue a return authorization number and guide you through the next steps.
3.2 Return Shipping
- For Non – Defective and Incorrect Items: When returning shoes due to a change of mind or receiving an incorrect item, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package. We’re not liable for items lost during transit.
- For Defective Items: If the shoes are defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. We’ll either supply you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for the shipping fees once we receive the returned product.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Inspection
Once we receive the returned shoes, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm they meet the refund criteria. If the shoes are in the proper condition and the return is approved, we’ll proceed with the refund.
4.2 Refund Method
The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. For instance, if you paid with a debit card, the refund will be credited back to your debit card account. Please note that it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.
5. Non – Refundable Items
- Customized or Personalized Products: Shoes that have been customized according to your specific requests, such as having a custom – designed pattern, personalized embroidery, or unique color combinations, are non – refundable, except in cases of defects.
- Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as “final sale” are not eligible for a refund, unless they’re defective.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
6.1 Damaged During Shipping
If the shoes arrive damaged, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the package. Send us photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. We’ll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
6.2 Partial Returns
If you’re returning only some items from an order, we’ll refund the price of the returned items. If the original order was a free – shipping order, we may deduct the applicable shipping costs for the non – returned items.
