We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 – 3 business days. Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered within 5 – 10 business days. We offer free shipping worldwide, so you can enjoy our products without any shipping cost concerns, regardless of your location.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the shoes within 180 days from the date of delivery. The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. This includes any additional items that came with the shoes, such as shoelaces or insoles.

3.2 Defective Products

If the shoes you receive are defective, you are eligible for a refund at any time. A defective product is defined as one with manufacturing flaws that affect its normal use, like a broken heel, a malfunctioning closure, or a material defect that causes rapid wear.

3.3 Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or model), you can request a refund within 180 days of receiving your order.

4. How to Initiate a Refund

4.2 Return Shipping

  • For Non – Defective and Incorrect Items: If the return is due to your change of mind or you received an incorrect item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
  • For Defective Items: If the shoes are defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will either provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for the shipping expenses after we receive the returned product.
